Our Women Together network is a space led by women, for women and our allies across H&B. They support, represent and elevate the voices of women in all areas of the business - offering connection, collaboration, and real solutions to real challenges.
Mental Health First Aiders
Our MHFAs are committed to supporting positive mental health in the workplace and are there to lend a listening ear and have courageous conversations with colleagues.
ManBassadors
Led by a group of 8 men from across our business, ‘Manbassadors’ is a peer-to-peer, equitable men's health intervention for the workplace, aimed at levelling the playing field for mental health and wellbeing initiatives for men at work.

Our Manbassadors are here to break the silence around men’s health by raising awareness of key risks and encouraging open, judgement-free conversations. Through listening and signposting, we help colleagues take vital steps towards better wellbeing and potentially life-saving support.
