As a Retail Assistant, you'll serve customers, offer wellness advice, and handle tasks like restocking shelves—but the role offers much more than that! Second in command, you’ll support the day-to-day management of the store and partner with the Store Manager to build a high performing team. Our Store Managers are strong leaders with excellent communication skills, serving as brand ambassadors and role models for world-class customer service. You’ll build, train, and lead your own team, while managing the daily operations of the store. We will support you every step of the way with in-depth training, tools, and ongoing support from your Regional Manager.

Part of our Leadership Team, you will be key to delivering our retail strategy. Leading and inspiring approximately 200 colleagues across 20+ stores, you’ll create high performing teams and collaborate across departments to achieve our business goals.
